    Personal training sessions are designed for the client to maximize his/her time with one of our trainers to reach a specific level or goal in fitness. The sessions will be geared towards the following, but not limited to:

    Sport Specific Training

    OCR

    Running

    HIIT

    Balance and Flexibility

    Agility

    Strength and Power

    Functional Fitness

    Special Needs or Just Because

  • Group Training

    Our group training sessions are unique in the way that no 2 sessions are ever alike.

    These sessions typically combine:

    Running

    Functional fitness

    Circuit training

    and

    OCR

    Group sessions are usually 2 or more Spartans training together.
